Rights Come From?

In my experience the classical Unalienable Rights come from God, or maybe even whatever mental manifestation the subject forms in his Mind as God. – In the perfect Image and Likeness of God… For God’s purpose in Creating is that there be an experience and regulating Free Will would be diminishing that Experience, whether the point of perception is within, or without any particular subject.

Therefore, the unalienable right to choose.

Garry WILLS wrote a book early in his career – The Inventing of America — and so that tone describes my thoughts adequately. The next question begged is, Do I need to protect my God-given unalienable rights? Or can I trust God, or Government or maybe a combination of the both to protect them?

Garry’s book begins by pointing out Fourscore and Seven Years ago… of Abraham LINCOLN so many years later calculates to 1776, not 1789. So America was formed basically by a survey and bond called the Declaration of Independence. The survey describes the British Colony as it was known, and the bond is Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness which nearly all the Grantors of the trust relinquished as King George III retaliated (Refused for Cause) rather than let the Quiet Title (Declaration of Independence) lie in acquiescence, ergo the Revolutionary War.

America is still technically a British Colony by forming a new corporation The United States of America; which is best understood in order to access the original estate, and of course unalienable rights. The question is independent of that particular study though, Do your inalienable rights come from God, or Government? If one holds God as Creator of the earth then it certainly follows that he Spoke (dabar) his Claim to it – Genesis 1:1-8 and then Wrote it Expressly, His Word and the Veil He Rent; the Messiah by Name – Most hold this Messiah to be Jesus CHRIST. If this Veil is not Rent for you however, then the metaphysics may prevent you from being convinced that Government is your Servant Trustee administering God’s property for your use upon you making your Claim.

In my particular heritage I have a claim already established, a perpetual inheritance in Manhattan Island and specifically to Wall Street, the New York Stock Exchange itself. The original of this Bill of Exchange was served on Richard GRASSO, the Chairman of the NYSE and it cites the Charter of Freedoms and Exemptions Granted to Patroons. I am the thirteenth Son descended from Teunis Jansen Laenan VAN PELT and he had estates in both Brooklyn and on Manhattan Island. The estate on Manhattan had a large wall around it and that became the namesake for Wall Street. Section VI of the Charter (survey) describes that the estate would never revert back to The Company and interestingly my forefathers preserved the estate on Brooklyn from ever having claim in British Manorial Law. There is evidence that General George WASHINGTON knew of this Dutch claim being preserved according to the Charter and agreed.
